About Us

Established in 1992 to support the heavy industry sector across South Wales, Hydraflow has grown from a dedicated hydraulic repair provider into one of the most respected names in the hydraulics industry. While the company began by offering specialist repair services, increasing demand for bespoke hydraulic solutions led to our expansion into full-scale equipment design, manufacture, and supply.
In 2021, Hydraflow became part of the Rubix Group, enabling us to further enhance our service portfolio and extend our expertise across a broader range of industrial sectors. This partnership strengthened our reputation for quality workmanship, technical capability, and exceptional customer service.
Hydraflow Today
Today, Hydraflow delivers a comprehensive range of hydraulic engineering services, including the solution, manufacture, supply, repair, and refurbishment of hydraulic equipment. Our capabilities cover cylinders, power packs, pumps, motors, valves, seals, hydraulic grabs and a full range of ancillary components.
We continue to see strong growth in sectors where hydraulic reliability is critical, particularly waste management and energy‑from‑waste facilities that convert biomass, municipal waste, and sewage into electricity. In these environments, any hydraulic failure can result in significant operational downtime and cost. Our longstanding involvement in the steelmaking industry has shaped our ability to respond quickly, adapt to evolving demands, and support customers operating in high-pressure, high‑performance environments.

Across our two fully equipped UK sites, Hydraflow provides complete in‑house maintenance, repair, machining, and remanufacturing services for hydraulic equipment. All work is carried out by our dedicated, full-time engineering team, enabling us to maintain full control over quality, consistency, and turnaround times.
Our workshop facilities are designed to handle an extensive variety of hydraulic systems, from manufacturing and heavy engineering through to deep-sea exploration and mining. Even obsolete or discontinued cylinders can be repaired or fully remanufactured using our in-house capabilities.
Understanding that downtime can be costly, we also offer a nationwide collection and delivery service, ensuring efficient turnaround and minimal disruption to your operations.
